2 standard outlets, so you can run a laptop or appliance without shore power or generator
Solar panels recharge the house battery during the day, allowing lights, water pump, and electronics to run without hookups. In practice, most off-grid travelers hit grey/black/fresh water limits before running low on battery power.
INTERIOR AND SYSTEMS
Well-insulated throughout with all water piping inside the thermal envelope. Blackwater and greywater tank heaters make winter use practical. Galley kitchen: fridge/freezer, 3-burner stove, microwave/convection oven, sink. Fridge, freezer, furnace, and hot water heater all run on electric or propane no shore power required. Fully enclosed bathroom with toilet, shower, skylight, and exhaust fan. The shower exhaust fan combined with cracking interior windows creates airflow throughout the entire unit. Rooftop A/C and robust heating. TV, DVD player, stereo. Cabinetry reinforced for extended trips; closet shelving in 5 areas; 4-bike rear hitch rack; 10 ft patio awning; exterior storage bay with rollout bin.
ADDITIONAL UPGRADES
LevelMate Pro wireless level monitor with leveling blocks
WeBoost cell phone signal booster
Brand new tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) with all-metal valve stems
All interior lights replaced with LED
COSMETIC CONDITION
Good overall for the age. The most notable issue is a crack on the back panel screwed in place and covered with vinyl tape, solid and stable, not professionally repaired. We’ve come to appreciate the modest wear and tear: this rig flies under the radar at trailheads, remote campsites, and city parking in a way that shinier models don’t.
GENERATOR
Installed but currently not working. Likely repairable; has not been a priority since we primarily use solar and shore power and prefer quieter travel.
WHAT TRANSFERS WITH THE SALE
A collection of hard-to-find spare parts accumulated over years of ownership: interior handles, exterior light housings, exterior panel handles, and more. Also included: RV cover, extra house water pump, aftermarket engine systems monitor, 2 DC mini fans, AC space heater, leveling blocks, assorted kitchen utensils.
MILEAGE CONTEXT
107,000 miles over ~18 years = ~5,800 miles/year, right in the healthy range for an RV (industry norm is 4,0006,000/year). Driven approximately weekly when not on the road to keep engine systems exercised and seals lubricated. This rig has not been sitting.
